Warranty:
Each winder includes a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Verify production date via the serial number on the bottom of the unit for easy warranty reference.

It is hard to find quality products in today's market, but this ball winder, as with anything produced by this company, is high quality and beautifully crafted. The winder operates smoothly, thus making the winding process quite effortless. I wanted a tool that would last a long time; I think my granddaughters will be using this yarn winder for many years after I am gone.

Worth every penny
This winder is beautiful to look at, but more important, it's beautiful in the way it works!! I took it to a "caking" party where we all wound up balls of donated yarn. My winder worked at least twice, probably 3x, faster than the others (those plastic ones). The winding has a larger diameter wheel, so your winding is efficient It reminded me of the difference in pedaling a bicycle with teeny wheels (and a shorter pedaling radius) compared with pedaling a bike with larger wheels. This winder is worth every penny!!

Heirloom Piece
I've owned mine for nearly a year now & it's still as beautiful, functional, and smooth as it was the day it arrived, after serious use. Unlike the ugly plastic winders, the craftsmanship and clean lines of this one make it so unobtrusive that it allows me to keep it clamped on a book shelf in my living room permanently (without looking like I run a yarn store!) which is a huge plus.
