Product Overview

THE DIVA POWER WINDER

This winder is the new queen of our yarn winding line. She has many of the same high-quality components that our popular Maple Jumbo Yarn Ball Winder offers, but with the added convenience of a motor. No more winding by hand! It's a simple plug & play operation that runs off of 110-240v wall power. The included speed control box allows you to wind at a pace that is comfortable for you.  The direction (clockwise/counterclockwise) of spin is not adjustable. High quality rubber feet keep the winder in place and protect your work surface.

Although this winder has the same capacity of our manual Maple Jumbo Ball Winder, it can handle most commercially available skeins and is capable of holding up to a pound of fingering weight yarn and 12 oz of medium weight yarn. This winder pairs well with our tabletop Yarn Swift for a complete winding set-up!

 What's Included:

Motorized Yarn Ball Winder
Speed Control Box
AC/DC Power Supply
Polyurethane Drive Belt
1/8" and 3/32" Hex Wrench for maintenance and adjustments
Simple Instructions

Items ship fully assembled - just attach your yarn guide and go! Yarn not included.

    LIfe Changing Tool

Posted by Gwen on 25th Aug 2023

Oh man, so I would say that I am the opposite of an early adopter - it took me a long time to move from nostepinne to ballwinder. And now finally I have an electric ballwinder and WHAT. This is an absolute game changer. I was resistant and nervous about it. I feel like I need to be the one doing the things! But really, I also have a limited amount of time in my day. This is quiet and quick and smooth and I have 30 skeins just sitting waiting to be caked up and now I can get them done so much faster without wondering why my arm hurts later. Thank you! I am so glad I finally just DID IT and bought this beautifully crafted Ohio-made (yay Ohio!) ballwinder. The kids won't be entertained by my manual crank any longer. What am I going to do with that now?
