Shipping
We ship via USPS and FedEx Ground. Shipping rates are calculated directly from the carrier based on distance, weight, and package dimensions.
Because many of our products vary in shape, combining items in a single shipment may occasionally result in higher shipping costs than sending them separately. This is especially noticeable for customers located on the West Coast.
International Orders
At this time, we ship only within the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note that orders shipping to Canada are declared as merchandise on customs forms and may be subject to duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control. We recommend contacting your local postal or customs office if potential charges may affect your purchase decision.
Returns
If you purchase a Fiber Artist Supply Company product that is defective, please contact us at customercare.fiberartistsupply@gmail.com for assistance. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience.
If you purchase a Fiber Artist Supply Company product that is free of defects and later decide to return it, we will accept returns of items that are in resalable condition.
Before Returning an Item
To ensure timely processing of your refund, please request a return by emailing us at customercare.fiberartistsupply@gmail.com and we will provide you with the next steps for returning a product. Your request must include the reason for the return.
Product Return Terms

Returns within 30 days of purchase:
Items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon arrival in our shop. -
Returns after 30 days of purchase:
Items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 20%. -
Used or 'Seconds' items:
Used items or items from our 'Studio Seconds Sale' are not eligible for return or refund.
