Shipping
We ship via US Postal Service and Fed-Ex Ground. Our shipping rates are quoted directly from USPS and Fed-Ex. Please note that rates are determined by distance, weight, AND box dimensions. Many of our items are long and slender, while others are short and wide. So, for instance, if you want a jumbo yarn ball winder and a yarn swift, the rate you see together (one is long and slender, the other is short and wide) could be higher than the rate of shipping those two items separately, especially if you live on the west coast.
International Customers: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time, we ship products only to the United States and Canada.
PLEASE NOTE: International shipments are marked as "merchandise" on the customs form which may lead to duties due at receipt. It is nearly impossible for us to predict how much, if any, you will be responsible to pay. Please contact your local mail jurisdiction if you feel that these fees may affect your decision.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% happy with the quality of your purchase, simply repackage it and ship it back to us for a full refund. We strive for total customer satisfaction and want our customers to be confident they are receiving not only a great item, but a great value when purchasing from the Fiber Artist Supply Co., LLC. Refunds are sent upon receipt of return.
