The Maple Top Whorl Drop Spindle is a beautifully handcrafted and affordable tool, ideal for beginners and a reliable choice for spinning instructors. Each spindle is carefully tested before shipping to ensure a smooth, true spin.
Designed with a conical maple whorl, this spindle carries extra weight at the rim for longer spin times and greater stability. A handy notch in the whorl keeps your yarn securely in place as you work.
Each spindle is individually made in our Cincinnati, OH workshop from maple and beech sourced both domestically and internationally.
