Do you carry replacement parts for your tools?
Yes. Most replacement parts are available on our website and can be found here. If you do not see the part you need, please email us at customercare.fiberartistsupply@gmail.com and we’ll be glad to help.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk quantity discounts on many of our products. Bulk pricing details can be found on each product page under the “Buy in Bulk and Save” tab.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only. Additional details are available on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you offer instructional videos for your products?
Yes. Instructional videos for many of our products are available on our YouTube channel. You can also find written instructions for most of our products on our Resources page.
