If you're not 100% happy with the quality of your purchase, simply repackage it and ship it back to us for a full refund. We strive for total customer satisfaction, and want our customers to be confident they are receiving not only a great item, but a great value when purchasing from the Fiber Artist Supply Co., LLC. Refunds are sent upon receipt of return.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you experience any difficulties with our checkout/shipping calculator, please contact us and we will resolve the problem immediately.
We usually have items shipped the day of, or day following payment. We're still a small operation so there will be times when it may a little longer to get an item out. You will receive an email when your item ships.
International Customers: Items shipped internationally will ship either USPS Priority or USPS 1st Class International
Customers in the USA: We ship through USPS 1st Class Mail
