We ship via US Postal Service and Fed-Ex Ground. Our shipping rates are quoted directly from USPS and Fed-Ex. We also offer "standard shipping," which is the least expensive (usually Priority Mail or Parcel Select).
Here are the domestic "standard shipping" rates:
International Customers: Items shipped internationally will ship either USPS Priority or USPS First Class International. PLEASE NOTE: International shipments are marked as "merchandise" on the customs form which may lead to duties due at receipt. It is nearly impossible for us to predict how much, if any, you will be responsible to pay. Please contact your local mail jurisdiction if you feel that these fees may affect your decision.
If you are not 100% happy with the quality of your purchase, simply repackage it and ship it back to us for a full refund. We strive for total customer satisfaction and want our customers to be confident they are receiving not only a great item, but a great value when purchasing from the Fiber Artist Supply Co., LLC. Refunds are sent upon receipt of return.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
