12-Shaft Carolyn Loom:
Carolyn shows delightfully smooth action because cord runs over 48 maple pulleys, never dragged over rods or through eyes. Spring tensioned shaft control keys and warp and cloth winding controls are where they're the easiest to reach -front and center and out in the open. Carolyn’s shed is more than adequate for flat shuttles & most boat shuttles.
Double pawls, back and front, make 32 stops per turn.

Standing Fold: Unique to Original Woolhouse Looms, Standing Fold is the fastest folding method & is great for storing an unwarped loom. Simply loosen the top Thumb Screws & lift Braces. Rack the Loom Castle & Base back to re-engage Braces on notch. Tension is lost with standing fold.
Woolhouse looms have three beater positions. The beater is not connected to the base, allowing users to quickly move it between warp advances. The peg closest to the weaver is a spot to store the beater when the loom is in Standing Fold.
Rubber feet provide protection for table tops.
